The James W. Garrett Sports Complex, a popular hub for student activity at Susquehanna University, includes a 51,000-square-foot field house, fitness center, baseball field, gymnasium, a swimming pool, and racquetball courts. Offices and meeting spaces, a variety of locker rooms and a cafe are also part of the complex.
The complex features distinctive elements, including the curved glass front of the fitness center and floor-to-ceiling glass wall on the north face of the field house and has earned several awards for innovative design. The overall structure complements existing architecture on a campus often recognized for its beauty.
